What You’ll Be Doing:

Join the team as a Community Physiotherapist (Band 6) and provide specialist rehabilitation and care to patients in their own homes across South Manchester. You will:

  • Carry out comprehensive community-based assessments
  • Design and implement tailored physiotherapy treatment plans
  • Support patients with mobility, falls prevention, and post-operative rehabilitation
  • Work closely with district nurses, occupational therapists, and other professionals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
  • Manage a varied caseload independently

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid HCPC registration
  • Proven experience as a Physiotherapist in community settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in working autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)
  • A commitment to delivering compassionate, person-centred care
