What You’ll Be Doing:

Join the team as a Community Physiotherapist (Band 6) and provide specialist rehabilitation and care to patients in their own homes across South Manchester. You will:

Carry out comprehensive community-based assessments
Design and implement tailored physiotherapy treatment plans
Support patients with mobility, falls prevention, and post-operative rehabilitation
Work closely with district nurses, occupational therapists, and other professionals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
Manage a varied caseload independently

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A valid HCPC registration
Proven experience as a Physiotherapist in community settings
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in working autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
A full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)
A commitment to delivering compassionate, person-centred care
