About the Role:
We are looking for a Payroll Team Lead to join a leading global technology organisation. In this role, you'll manage a small team of 3 payroll professionals, oversee high-volume end-to-end payroll, and contribute to project work across the payroll function.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver accurate, high-volume end-to-end payroll on the Oracle Payroll system (a must-have Manage a small team of payroll specialists, providing guidance and support

  • Ensure compliance with all payroll legislation and internal processes
  • Participate in payroll-related projects and process improvements

  • Experience managing high-volume payrolls
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes and payroll legislation
  • Desirable: Previous team management experience
