Essentially you'll have plenty of agency experience and be well versed in managing the creative briefing process. However, within this agency, you'll have more creative input than most and you'll be expected to contribute to the innovative process and in planning and insight. It's essential that you have a passion for advertising and brands and that you have excellent client management and campaign management skills.
