Anderselite is working with a large, well-established multi-disciplinary consultancy seeking a mid-level Contract Revit Architectural Technician to support their growing portfolio of high-security and technically complex projects.

This role will suit a technician with a solid grounding in project delivery from RIBA stages 3–5, who can confidently produce fully coordinated, detailed technical drawing packages in Revit, and who thrives in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.

Key Requirements:

- Strong technical design and delivery experience across RIBA stages 3–5
- High proficiency in Autodesk Revit (3D)
- Previous experience in highly regulated sectors (e.g. Defence, Labs, Nuclear, Prisons, Hospitals, Government Facilities, R&D)
- Understanding of UK building regulations, technical standards, and CDM regulations
- Able to work closely with architects, engineers, and clients to deliver coordinated, buildable solutions
- Experience preparing NBS Chorus specifications
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritise across concurrent workstreams
- Comfortable reviewing and coordinating subcontractor models/drawings
