Our client is looking for a Financial Advisor to focus on servicing their clients with up to £200,000 of investable assets. The business has existing clients within this category ready to assign to you, plus they are active in undertaking further acquisitions. The team put a high importance on retaining clients as well as growing through referrals.
This role is well suited to a Financial Advisor within the first 2 / 3 years of advising and looking for a supportive firm and/or a well established Financial Advisor who is motivated by providing great service rather than the size of a client’s portfolio.
For individuals looking to build their career as a Financial Advisor, our client will provide a pathway to move into the higher value clients.
It is important you provide excellent service to clients on their investments, tax planning, savings and protection needs and meet the agreed service levels, including the annual client reviews. Individuals with experience / exposure to cashflow modelling and/or servicing acquired clients would be advantageous, but not essential.
You will benefit from paraplanning and administration support to deliver timely reports with quality service.
Financial Advisor Requirements
- You must hold full Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice (or equivalent)
- You should have experience of providing advice through face-to-face and online methods
- Ideally, you should have 2+ years experience as a Financial Advisor
- You should be able to clearly articulate how you would focus on retaining clients whilst also actively looking to grow the client bank

Financial Advisor Benefits
- Salary of up to £50,000 plus bonuses on all new business written and opportunity to increase your salary
- Total on target realistic earnings of £70,000
