HEAD OF SALES – FIRE & SECURITY PRODUCTS – NORTH ENGLAND / SCOTLAND – PERMANENT - £65,000 - £80,000 + BONUS + CAR / CAR ALLOWANCE

Ceto Talent are currently supporting a global powerhouse of an engineering company with the recruitment of a Head of Sales, within their building technology department with a particular focus on Fire and Security products. This is a permanent position that will see you leading a sales team based in the North of England and Scotland, with some reach into the Midlands.

About you:

  • You will have experience of working within fire and security products as a sales leader .
  • You will have demonstrable experience of leading other sales professionals.
  • Your experience will have covered sales strategies, implementation of territories, development of sales plans and new business development.
  • Experience of monitoring of activity using CRM and IT, to ensure the team remains focused and documenting activity.
  • You will need to hold a full driving licence for this position, as it will require travel in the area.
  • You will be eligible to work in the UK on a permanent basis.

What you will be doing:

This position will be focusing on sales for Smart Building Technologies for fire and security for clients across the North of England Scotland. Leading a team of sales professionals, you will ensure that you are delivering revenue and margin to the company, while ensuring standards and governance are adhered to. You will be leading business development and account management of key clients such as consultancies and project leaders.

As well as working for a global leader in engineering, the salary offered is £65,000 to £80,000 and is dependent on experience and suitability for the role. There is a performance bonus that is uncapped with an average of £30k paid in recent time. Generous pension of up to 10% by the employer.
