- Competitive Pay: 15.75 per hour + 278 monthly shift allowance
- Weekly Rotating Shifts:
- Early Shift: 06:00 - 14:00
- Late Shift: 13:00 - 21:00
- Saturday Shift Requirement: Up to 6 Saturdays per year

What You'll Do
As a Production Operative, you'll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly and safely. Your responsibilities will include:
- Safely operating forklift trucks to move, load, and unload goods
- Handling and transporting gas cylinders in accordance with strict safety procedures
- Supporting the processing, inspection, and movement of gas products
- Accurately picking and packing orders for despatch
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
- Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
- Collaborating with team members to optimise workflow and efficiency
What We're Looking For
We're seeking reliable and safety-conscious individuals with:
- Essential experience in gas handling and cylinder operations
- Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance, Reach, or other types) - desirable
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment - essential
- A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to safety
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
