Are you hands-on, reliable, and experienced with tools? We’re hiring Production Operatives to join a growing team in Warrington. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term role with real potential.
Shifts & pay:
- Rotating shifts 6AM–2PM / Mon to Fri (£12.60PH) & 2PM–12:15AM / Mon to Thu (£13.51PH)
- Optional Weekend Overtime: Saturday: £20.27PH & Sunday: £27.02PH
- Weekly pay bonus available to all staff
What you'll be doing:
- Assembling timber frames using power and hand tools like nail guns, drills, and saws
- Following detailed technical drawings to cut and fit timber accurately
- Keeping your workspace safe, tidy, and focused on quality at every stage
What you'll need:
- Proven work reliability (2 years of references required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow plans
- Experience using tools in a hands-on or assembly environment – especially working with timber
