The role is paying up to £45,000 and is 5 days a week in the office.

What you would bring to the team:

  • Ambition and experience to grow Wisdom feature set, its content and adoption, usage.
  • Exceptional editing and writing skills, with a clear, compassionate, and authoritative tone.
  • Practical experience of agile delivery approaches, including Kanban and Scrum
  • Ability to translate complex mental health concepts into accessible, user-friendly content.
  • Excellent project management skills, attention to detail and an ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with best practices for content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing. DatoCMS is preferred.
  • Demonstrable commitment to mental health and wellbeing topics
  • Proven experience as a content editor or manager, ideally within a healthcare, mental health, or wellness environment.
  • Support engineering team delivering a digital product.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate an agreed outcome.
  • Attention to detail using analytical skills.
  • Ability to adapt with changing technologies.
