Position: Part-Time / Full-Time (Evenings)

Are you passionate about creating fresh, high-quality dishes in a relaxed, boutique setting? We are looking for a talented and motivated Evening Chef to join our team at Didsbury House and Eleven Didsbury Park Hotels.

In this unique role, youll be responsible for preparing and delivering our Residents Menu, as well as catering for small, intimate functions and private events. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who enjoys working independently, showcasing their creativity, and providing a personal dining experience in two of Didsburys most charming hotels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook dishes for our evening Residents Menu.
  • Cater for small functions, private dinners, and bespoke events.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene at all times.
  • Work closely with the hotel team to deliver a seamless guest experience.
  • Manage stock levels and maintain a clean, organised kitchen.
About You:
  • Previous experience as a chef in a hotel, restaurant, or similar environment.
  • Confident working solo in a small kitchen setting.
  • A passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and simple, elegant dishes.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to cater for varying guest needs and function requirements.
  • Knowledge of health & safety and food hygiene standards (Level 2 Food Safety minimum).
