Food & Nutrition Teacher  – Fixed Term Contract January – July 2026
Cover People are working in partnership with a warm and welcoming secondary school in Trafford to find a full time Food and Nutrition Teacher for a 6 month fixed term contract.
The role will be teaching KS3 Food Technology & GCSE Food & Nutrition  with planning and marking involved. The school would like the ideal candidate to join a supportive department in a desirable location with excellent transport links. The school are more than happy to support ECTS!

Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will hold QTS or QTLS
- Recent experience teaching Food & Nutrition within secondary schools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion to impact students to create a productive environment for students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. The above vacancy is a temporary position. Occasionally, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date. We offer flexibility with this, as we understand some candidates may not wish to commit to a permanent contract.
