  • Field sales role selling our clients manufactured range of kitchens
  • Selling into predominantly independent retail showrooms
  • Smaller element of dealing with builders merchants and regional housebuilders
  • Initially this role is 100% focused on new business development, although will become more account management after the first 6 months
  • Tasked with growing revenue up to £100,000 in the first 6 months
  • On boarding 15-20 independent retail showrooms initially to achieve run rate target
  • Typically 3-4 days a week on the road, remainder working from home
  • Ideally 4-5 meaningful customer visits a day when on the road

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager - Kitchens with:

  • Must come from the KBB market, ideally kitchens
  • Contacts within independent retail showrooms
  • Field sales experience having sold into independent retail showroom customers
  • New business hunter
  • Resilient and relentless approach
  • Thrives on winning new clients and driving revenue growth
  • Driven and results-oriented
  • Organised, methodical, good journey planner
