My client is looking for an Area Sales Manager to join their growing sales team, selling lighting solutions across the North West of England.

Area Postcodes: BB, BL, CA, CH, CW, FY, IM, L, LA, LL, M, OL, PR, SK, ST, SY, WA and WN.

They are after someone who is passionate and experienced at driving sales by identifying and establishing new customer relationships (Specifiers, Wholesalers, Contractors and End Users) as well as nurturing existing customer networks to provide lighting solutions and generate specifications to achieve business growth.

- Is extremely well organised and can show initiative.

- Is a true team player who has the ability to clearly communicate with every facet of the business.

- Understands attention to detail and can think laterally.

- Is a capable Project Manager who has the competence and ability to handle projects from first enquiry through to final completion.

- Can understand the benefits of a CRM system (Microsoft CE) and is willing to embrace it.

- Can walk into any space and give good commercial lighting advice on how to light it.

- Who can present and is a confident public speaker.

Additional Information:

Extensive training will be provided, they are ideally looking for someone with a strong commercial lighting background, who can work remotely in this field-based role as part of a regional and national team but they are open to candidates with a few years sales experience that they can train, develop and mould into a professional that represents the brand well.

A UK driving license is essential, and we are looking for candidates who can remain calm under pressure, are well organised and have a passion to succeed. Passengers need not apply!
