We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Manchester. This role is focused on driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and optimizing sales processes. You will play a key part in expanding our client base, building strong relationships, and working closely with the sales network to achieve objectives and targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business and develop sales opportunities for the branch.

  • Work closely with senior leadership to align sales strategies with business goals and ensure objectives are met.

  • Identify potential clients and continuously expand your network by staying informed of industry trends and competition.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to create sales strategies that target both new and existing clients.

  • Maintain and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate data entry in the CRM system.

  • Assist with pricing, tendering, and commercial strategies when needed.

  • Continuously improve profitability and efficiency with existing clients.
