  • Take ownership of your sales plan, generating leads from new, existing, and referred clients
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach and high-level networking
  • Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, markets, and trends
  • Engage with key decision-makers and build lasting relationships with clients
  • Conduct impactful meetings and product demonstrations, both virtually and in person
  • Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive value
  • Strategically plan and implement operational changes to support business growth
  • Negotiate pricing and close deals with confidence
  • Represent XCenta at seminars, conferences, and industry events
About You
  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales—this is a must!
  • Experience in Health & Safety Compliance is highly desirable
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and demonstrations
  • Outgoing, ambitious, and eager to succeed
  • Natural leader with a proactive, “take the lead” approach
  • Strong sales ethic and business development acumen
