Performance and Go-to-Market Marketing Lead

Manchester or Birmingham | Hybrid position

Up to £45,000

We are seeking a commercially minded performance and go-to-market marketing professional to drive brand visibility, investor engagement and pipeline conversion. This role blends analytical rigour, technical marketing expertise and content strategy to accelerate growth across private markets.

Operating at the intersection of capital raising, brand positioning and deal deployment, you will use data and content to engage investors, advisers and founders. You won't just optimise campaigns - you will architect the go-to-market engine that sits behind them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of go-to-market strategies to increase brand awareness and investor engagement.

  • Own and optimise the marketing technology stack, including CRM, automation, analytics and attribution.

  • Build data-driven funnels and attribution models that evidence marketing impact on growth and deal flow.

  • Deliver intelligent, content-led campaigns that support fundraising cycles and market activity.

What We're Looking For

  • Significant experiencec in performance or growth marketing, ideally within financial services, or complex B2B sectors.

  • Strong knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, analytics and attribution.

  • Experience managing complex audience journeys across investor, adviser and founder communities.

  • Ability to create content strategies that combine story, structure and distribution to deliver measurable results.

  • Comfortable navigating regulated environments while still delivering innovation and impact.

  • Proactive, experimental mindset with a focus on outcomes and scalability.
