My client is a PropTech company looking to expand their Business Development Management team to grow the business.

Responsibilities

Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and engage with Estate Agents in your patch
  • Conduct outreach campaigns, mainly through cold calling (with emails and LinkedIn messages to support)
  • Convert self-generated leads to demos
  • Carry out demos and convert to customers
  • Onboard customers ensuring they’re set up and utilising the platform

Relationship Management

  • Maintain and nurture relationships with your existing clients
  • Act as a key point of contact for your clients with any queries they have
  • Work with the internal team to refine clients' services

Reporting

  • Track and report KPI’s to the Senior Leadership Team when required to ensure targets and performance are met

Requirements

  • Experienced in either UK Real Estate (Valuer level minimum) or PropTech (ideal)
  • Not afraid of prospecting, pitching and closing deals (essential)

Package

  • £30,000 - £35,000 basic (DOE)
  • £60,000 - £70,000 OTE
  • *Secret bonus I will divulge on pre-screen call*
  • Remote-first company
  • Periodic socials and company meet ups
  • Tech provided
  • Monday - Friday
  • 25 days plus bank holidays
