Description
- You'll build strong relationships with customers, beyond purely the sale, you will work with them on ensuring their understanding of the product and ongoing engagement
- As a field based role, you will regularly visit customers in your defined region.
- You will manage existing customer base and have a strong focus on onboarding new ones.
- Monitor sales and range performance
- Merchandising in stores
Profile
A successful Regional Account Manager should have:
- Experience in a Sales role, ideally a regional or territory role with exposure to route mapping/journey planning.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively
- A long-term approach - you'll be aiming to partner with your customers rather than big initial numbers
- Clean drivers license
