Regional Sales Manager - North UK

Location: North UK, ideally based in or around Manchester area

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Circa £45-50k basic + car, laptop, mobile + uncapped commission (OTE circa £90k)

A pioneering British technology company in the catering equipment sector is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join its high-performing commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to represent award-winning, innovative products that are transforming the professional kitchen space with high-efficiency, low-energy technology.

This field-based role is focused on identifying and developing new business opportunities while building and nurturing long-term relationships with dealers, end users, and stakeholders across the North of England.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business growth and increase market share across the region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the catering industry
  • Promote and educate partners and customers on the benefits of cutting-edge cooking technologies
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, working independently and in line with company KPIs
  • Work closely with the wider sales, marketing, and technical teams to support client success
  • Leverage CRM tools to manage pipelines and customer engagement
  • Act as a brand ambassador, attending trade events, demonstrations, and client meetings

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within the catering, foodservice, or kitchen equipment industry
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Comfortable introducing and promoting disruptive technologies to the market
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working autonomously in the field
  • Strategic and analytical approach to business development
  • Experience working with dealer networks and end users
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and general IT tools
