Our client has a permanent vacancy as a Sales Consultant for their Key Accounts. The successful candidate should live within the Manchester area with quick access to motorway networks (M1 corridor).
You will be responsible for managing large production OEMs across multiple sites. Your primary focus will be on growing our business within the Manchester area machine and device manufacturers sector by selling to senior management, supply chain, and engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Create and work to a sales plan.
- Develop sales by understanding customer needs and building strong relationships.
- Promote corporate value propositions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
- Maintain good working relationships with distributor sales partners.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using the CRM system.
Skills and Experience:
We prefer candidates with an engineering background, and a must have proven track record in selling to large customers with multiple contacts across multiple sites.
