Land & Infrastructure Officer

We’re looking for a Land & Infrastructure Officer to support the management and maintenance of land and infrastructure across multiple sites.

This is a hands-on, varied role that involves site inspections, contractor management, and overseeing works such as drainage repairs, access roads, and land restoration.

If you’ve worked in land management, drainage, groundworks, landscaping, infrastructure, or estates maintenance, this role could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect land and infrastructure (e.g. drainage, boundaries, roads).
  • Identify and manage remedial or planned maintenance works.
  • Oversee external contractors and consultants on site.
  • Help manage adoption of drainage systems, roads, and other assets.
  • Monitor site safety and environmental compliance.
  • Report risks and keep accurate records of site activity.
  • Respond to incidents or emergencies at sites.

About You:

  • Experience in land management, infrastructure, or drainage works.
  • Comfortable working independently and outdoors.
  • Good knowledge of site safety, CDM, and contractor oversight.
  • Strong communication and organisation skills.
  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
  • NEBOSH or similar health & safety qualification (desirable).
