As they prepare for a major phase of growth, they're looking for an experienced Ecommerce Director to lead trading, digital performance, and customer experience across global markets.

This is a high-impact, senior leadership role. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll drive digital revenue performance and shape the online trading strategy. You'll work closely with peers across Product, Marketing, and Finance to deliver a seamless, scalable ecommerce operation with measurable commercial outcomes.

This is an opportunity to define the direction of a rapidly growing ecommerce fashion business-with the freedom and backing to make bold, data-driven decisions that push the business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all ecommerce trading and performance activity, owning revenue and profit targets
  • Oversee and integrate digital functions including performance marketing, planning, and merchandising
  • Build and execute conversion-driven site strategies, using data, testing, and CRO principles
  • Drive international growth through domain expansion and localised experiences
  • Manage content and product presentation to optimise the full customer journey
  • Partner with key external agencies to drive acquisition and retention
  • Deliver trading calendars and campaigns aligned to business milestones
  • Be the central point for ecommerce performance across internal teams and stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a senior ecommerce leadership role, ideally in a D2C environment
  • Hands-on expertise with Shopify or equivalent ecommerce platforms
  • Commercially focused, with strong analytical and performance-driven thinking
  • Skilled at leading multifunctional teams and cross-department collaboration
  • Experienced in managing digital agencies and marketing budgets
  • Adaptable and confident in fast-moving, high-growth settings
  • Strong communicator with a strategic mindset and customer-first approach
