We are seeking an Executive Communications Manager to support our team. This role focuses on enhancing and protecting our reputation as a global leader in Crop Protection through strategic internal and external communications for the President global agrichemical business.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage key strategic projects, including executive positioning at trade shows, media events, social media, and townhalls.
Support quarterly financial reporting and the rollout of our refreshed business strategy.
Craft executive presentations, letters, video messages, social media posts, briefings, and other communications materials.
Collect and analyse information to develop concise and comprehensive messages for various stakeholders.
Transform business topics into engaging communications using presentations, articles, videos, infographics, and social media.
Collaborate with international, cross-functional teams to coordinate integrated communications approaches.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in communications, public affairs, or public relations.
University diploma in communications, journalism, public affairs, marketing, or a comparable degree.
High level of strategic thinking and tactical delivery.
Creativity in transforming scientific and business topics into powerful communications.
Strong networking and communication skills.
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
Knowledge of the agriculture industry is desirable but not essential.
