They are now seeking a Training Coordinator / Technical Services to join their growing team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop into a future Training Manager, with clear progression and professional growth built in.
What will you be doing as a Training Coordinator / Technical Services?
In this varied and rewarding position, you'll coordinate and deliver high quality technical training to engineers across multiple regions. Working closely with senior leadership and subject matter experts, you will:
- Create, schedule, and co-facilitate engaging training sessions and materials
- Coordinate classroom, site-based, and virtual training for field technicians
- Develop and maintain training content across multiple formats (documents, presentations, videos, and e-learning)
- Support train-the-trainer initiatives to ensure consistent delivery across the organisation
- Utilise modern video and broadcasting tools to support remote learning
- Collaborate with colleagues across the UK and Europe to meet training needs
- Manage the training calendar, respond to training enquiries, and report on key metrics
- Help administer internal training platforms and digital learning libraries
The position is based close to Manchester Airport, with occasional UK and European travel required to support training delivery
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
This role would suit someone with experience as a Training Coordinator, Technical Trainer, Learning & Development Assistant, or Training Administrator or perhaps an engineer with a genuine passion for developing others
The ideal candidate will bring:
- A strong interest in learning and supporting technical development
- Excellent organisation and multitasking skills
- Confident communication and presentation abilities
- Experience creating or coordinating training materials and digital content
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindset
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in an additional European language (e.g. German, French, or Italian) would be beneficial, though not essential
Familiarity with AI-based content creation tools (such as Synthesia) or video-editing software would be an advantage, but full training will be provided
