Job Title: Training Manager
Location: Salford (with travel as required)
Contract Type: Temp - Perm
About the Role:
My client is looking for a dynamic Training Manager to lead the development and delivery of a comprehensive training strategy. You will play a key role in onboarding, mentoring, and upskilling teams, ensuring alignment with global and regional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a robust Training Strategy and Framework.
Create and deliver engaging training materials, manuals, and assessments.
Lead onboarding, induction, and ongoing training for team members.
Support implementation of FM systems and CMMS processes.
Manage training demand in line with business priorities.
Maintain accurate training records and continuously improve delivery based on feedback.
Provide post-deployment training support and performance reviews.
What We're Looking For:
Qualification in Training or Training Management.
Experience in instructional design, coaching, and project delivery.
Strong knowledge of FM systems, CMMS, and associated technologies.
Excellent communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills.
Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital training tools.
Willingness to travel and work autonomously or in a team.
Desirable:
Understanding of FM operations and asset management.
