Description
- Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
- Process and allocate incoming payments accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all transactions and client communications.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and customer queries promptly.
- Prepare and distribute regular debtors' reports to management.
- the accounting team with credit control-related tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Assist in reconciling accounts to maintain accurate financial records.
Profile
A successful Credit Control Clerk should have:
- Experience in credit control within the accounting and finance sector.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
