Location: Manchester
Salary: £26,000 – £29,000 per year
Working Hours: Full-time

We are seeking a skilled IFA Support Administrator to join a well-established Wealth Management firm in Manchester. This role is ideal for someone with experience in client-focused support within financial services, helping advisors deliver excellent service while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the administration team, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as a primary point of contact for clients and external partners.
  • Organising and scheduling meetings for financial advisors, ensuring client reviews happen on time.
  • Preparing all necessary paperwork in advance of meetings.
  • Following up with clients through correspondence and completing related tasks.
  • Maintaining and updating client records in CRM and other internal systems.
  • Coordinating with Head Office, administrative centres, and third-party organisations as required.
  • Participating in workshops and training sessions to support professional growth.

Skills & Experience Required

  • At least 2 years of experience working in an IFA or similar financial support role.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and multiple IT systems, including CRM and Salesforce.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
