We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the heart of Openshaw, M11.?? About the Role:As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher and the Early Years team to support children aged 3-5 in their learning and development. This is a vital role, helping to create a nurturing, stimulating, and safe environment where every child can thrive.?? Key Responsibilities:* Supporting individual and group learning activities in line with EYFS curriculum* Promoting children's emotional, physical and educational development* Assisting with classroom organisation and the preparation of resources* Observing, recording, and reporting on children's progress* Supporting behaviour management and ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed? What We're Looking For:* Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare or equivalent* Experience working within an EYFS setting (nursery or school-based)* Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development* Patience, creativity, and a caring nature* Excellent communication and teamwork skills??
