My client is a North West, corporate, law firm with global reach and a first class reputation - as lawyers and employers.

Due to continued growth, a new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Exec PA / Administrator to join the firm in one of their specialist departments in a hybrid role (3 days office). As well as being a key member of that team you will also be part of an established administration team that work closely together.

Reporting to the Partners your duties will be varied and will include:-

  • Production and presentation of documentation - both internal, external and statutory purposes
  • Work with the department's fee earners to ensure client billing is captured, recorded and passed to the finance department
  • File management
  • Meeting agendas, schedules, minutes, diary management and general correspondence
  • Opportunity to get involved in broader activities such as marketing, social media and team building
  • Ad hoc administration and reporting as required

And there is also the opportunity to develop the role around your skills.

It is a really friendly, professional business with a great reputation. It has modern offices in Central Manchester, close to tram and train links, and hybrid working once you have got comfortable with the firm's processes and systems. Experience in a legal firm would be a benefit but not essential, as would experience in an area such as HR.
