Jobs-in-Marketing, first established 1999, is a specialist staff resourcing partner in northwest England, covering roles in all disciplines of the marketing profession and at all levels from junior up to Director.
To coincide with a schedule of planned growth we now require an experienced and accomplished office support professional to coordinate the CRM database, commercial research, administration and special projects. The role reports to the MD and also involves file management, campaign e-shots etc and job applications processing etc.
The IDEAL CANDIDATE will be:
- bright, positive, intelligent and versatile,
- able to multi-task when necessary but at other times capable of focusing to complete a project
- thorough about database management, with a keen eye for detail -“crossing
the T’s and dotting the I’s” - the possessor of excellent interpersonal skills, including strong written English
- experienced and confident in Word and Excel and CRM databases
- composed under pressure, assured, even-tempered and highly professional
- able to demonstrate prior social media account management and marketing experience (an advantage but not essential)
