Join a leading manufacturer and distributor of specialist foods in the UK, operating from their manufacturing site in Manchester. Our client is dedicated to delivering a diverse range of fresh and frozen foods to clients nationwide. We are currently seeking enthusiastic Food Production Operatives to contribute to our bustling production environment.

Responsibilities:

- Work diligently on a busy food production line, maintaining a consistent and high standard of product quality

- Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth production operations

- Monitor and replenish the production line with required ingredients and

packaging materials

- Maintain a clean and organized production area, moving goods as needed to support production flow.

- Adhere to strict Food Safety and Quality guidelines to ensure product integrity

-Follow stringent Health and Safety guidelines, identifying and reporting risks to management to prevent accidents

-Report any issues with the production process or machinery to management promptly

Requirements:

- Experience in food production or a similar fast-paced manufacturing environment is advantageous.

- Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a dynamic, high-speed work setting

- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace

- Flexibility in working hours, with a standard Monday to Friday schedule from 07:00 to 15:45

- Willingness to work overtime on Saturdays to meet business requirements when needed.
