The successful candidate will be someone who is eager to learn and develop a career within logistics. No experience is required in the industry, but you should be someone who is wanting to get into the logistics sector.

Duties:

·         Meet and greet visitors/drivers on site.

·         General administration within the department

·         Throughout the apprenticeship, you will gain exposure to different aspects of the logistics operation, this will include

  • Prepare and process shipping documentation and coordinate transport arrangements with the hauliers.
  • Plan and monitor all inbound and outbound deliveries, ensuring vehicles arrive at site on time.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as production, procurement and sales, to align shipping schedules with the business needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
