Morson Projects’ sister company Waldeck are recruiting for an Operations Administrator to join their growing team. We’re looking for an organised and proactive individual with a passion for administration and a willingness to travel to join our busy enabling function, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a supportive environment and enjoys a variety of tasks.
Please be aware that as part of this role you will need to undergo National Security Vetting and therefore do need to be a British Citizen who has been resident in the UK for the past 5 years. This role does also require regular monthly travel to our network of offices, including but not limited to; Lincoln, Peterborough, Sheffield and Birmingham.

The Role:
- Follow up on outstanding actions from certification and survey trackers to ensure timely resolution.
- Update and amend documentation as needed to keep records current and accurate.
- Assist with external audits by preparing necessary materials and providing support to auditors.
- Help implement relevant legislation and company standards by providing guidance and support to the team.
- Participate in internal audits to help maintain compliance across the organization.
- Attend meetings related to compliance and health, safety, and environment matters as needed.
- Support the preparation of tender and submission documentation.
- Manage safety equipment stock, including personal protective equipment (PPE) and first aid supplies.
- Keep the risk assessment register up to date to ensure all potential hazards are documented.
- Maintain the approved suppliers register to ensure compliance with standards.
- Assist in maintaining non-conformance registers (NCR).
- Compile and maintain certification registers that track compliance.
- Coordinate with external contractors for maintenance of facilities and safety systems.
- Help maintain the integrity of our management systems and ensure records are compliant with regulations.
- Support continuous professional development (CPD)Â efforts for regulatory bodies.

About You:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a technical environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel for training and regular site visits.
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of software.
- Familiarity with external audits and compliance processes, as well as experience with procedure writing and preparing for audits would be advantageous.
