Be Doing:

  • Delivering cleaning and caretaking services to communal areas across estates

  • Removing bulky waste and ensuring communal spaces are safe and compliant

  • Conducting basic maintenance tasks using hand tools (minor repairs, decoration)

  • Following COSHH and health and safety procedures, using PPE and working safely at heights

  • Responding to resident queries and supporting a positive customer experience

  • Using mobile devices and work systems to manage tasks and maintain records

  • Working with housing and estate teams to ensure high service standards are maintained

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in caretaking, facilities, or cleaning roles (training provided)

  • Basic knowledge of tools, materials, and grounds maintenance (desirable)

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently to tight deadlines

  • Familiarity with health and safety protocols, COSHH, and lone working practices

  • Confidence using mobile apps or basic IT systems

  • A full UK driving licence is desirable
