We are urgently seeking dedicated and reliable Exam Invigilators to join our team immediately. This role is essential to ensure that exams are conducted in a controlled, fair, and compliant environment. As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a key role in overseeing the conduct of exams, maintaining exam security, and ensuring that all students adhere to exam rules and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervision of Exam Rooms:Ensure that students are seated in the correct places and provide clear instructions before and during the exam. Maintain constant vigilance during the exam period to ensure students are adhering to all exam regulations and that no disruptive behavior occurs.

Security and Compliance:Safeguard the integrity of the exam process by ensuring that no cheating or breaches of exam rules occur. Prevent any unauthorized materials or electronic devices from being brought into the exam room, and ensure that all exam papers and materials are handled securely.

Adherence to Exam Protocols:Carry out all necessary duties in line with exam regulations and procedures. You will need to ensure that the exams are conducted in a fair and compliant manner by adhering to all relevant protocols, including timings, breaks, and any accommodations needed for students with special requirements.

Exam Room Setup and Preparation:Assist with the preparation and setup of exam rooms, ensuring that all exam materials, including papers, pens, and any other necessary equipment, are correctly arranged before the start of the exam. Make sure that the room is set up to create a calm, focused, and compliant environment for students.

Assisting with Student Queries:Be available to answer student queries before the exam begins, ensuring they feel informed and comfortable. However, it is important to maintain strict boundaries and not provide assistance with the content of the exam itself.

Maintaining Exam Integrity:Report any irregularities, breaches of conduct, or misconduct during the exam to the Head Invigilator or Exam Officer. You will be responsible for ensuring that any incidents are handled according to established procedures and that the integrity of the examination process is maintained.

End of Exam Protocol:After the exam has finished, ensure that all completed exam papers are collected, ensuring that no exam papers are left unattended. Oversee students as they leave the exam room, ensuring they do so in an orderly and quiet manner, maintaining exam room integrity until all papers are securely collected.

Confidentiality:Maintain strict confidentiality in relation to all student information and exam content. Handle exam papers, materials, and results securely in accordance with privacy regulations and safeguarding protocols.
