Health & Safety Framework Manager
Location: Manchester or Bristol (with site visits)
Contract: Temporary, 6 months (possibility of extension)
Salary: 57,000pa plus extensive benefits

About the Role:
As a Health & Safety Framework Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing health and safety procedures that ensure a safe and compliant workplace. Your expertise will contribute to a culture of safety across the organisation. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement health and safety procedures in line with organisational policies and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate across departments to promote a safety-first culture.
- Provide training and support on health and safety best practises.
- Monitor the effectiveness of health and safety systems, recommending improvements as necessary.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of health and safety activities.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of RAMS to manage risks effectively.
- Ensure supplier compliance with health and safety standards through regular reviews.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a health and safety management role within the real estate sector, ideally in a large organisation with multiple tenures of housing.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate risks.
- Experience in developing and delivering health and safety training programmes.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
