Salary: 57,000pa plus extensive benefits

About the Role:
As a Health & Safety Framework Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing health and safety procedures that ensure a safe and compliant workplace. Your expertise will contribute to a culture of safety across the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence health and safety standards while working within a supportive team environment!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement health and safety procedures in line with organisational policies and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate across departments to promote a safety-first culture.
• Provide training and support on health and safety best practises.
• Monitor the effectiveness of health and safety systems, recommending improvements as necessary.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of health and safety activities.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of RAMS to manage risks effectively.
• Ensure supplier compliance with health and safety standards through regular reviews.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a health and safety management role within the real estate sector, ideally in a large organisation with multiple tenures of housing.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate risks.
• Experience in developing and delivering health and safety training programmes.
• Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
