Due to a continued rise in instructions, particularly in Military Deafness claims, they are looking to grow their dedicated team with the addition of experienced and motivated Industrial Disease Fee Earners. The department is incredibly busy, with a high volume of work and multiple opportunities available. This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Industrial Disease Fee Earner to join a supportive and forward-thinking firm. You will handle a caseload of Military Deafness claims, managing files from instruction through to settlement. While specific Military Deafness experience is not essential, prior experience handling industrial disease claims independently from start to finish is a must. Experience & Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience managing an Industrial Disease caseload independently
  • Confident handling litigated and pre-litigated claims from start to finish without supervision
  • Experience in Military Deafness claims is beneficial but not essential
  • Familiarity with case management systems, ideally Proclaim
  • Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent client care skill
