Our client, a forward-thinking and internationally operating organisation, is seeking a talented Learning & Development Partner to lead their L&D agenda from a local base while collaborating closely with colleagues and stakeholders around the world. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that values people development and is investing in the future growth of its teams.

You'll be responsible for shaping and implementing learning initiatives across the employee lifecycle. Key priorities include building and delivering early careers programmes (such as internships and graduate schemes), developing career path frameworks that support progression, and driving succession planning efforts to identify and prepare future leaders. You'll also create tailored development plans, run engaging training sessions, and oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure consistency and quality. Mentoring, coaching, and high-potential development will all fall within your remit-giving you the tools to cultivate a strong, future-ready workforce.

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in Learning & Development, with a strong background in both designing and delivering impactful programmes. You'll need to demonstrate hands-on expertise in early careers programme creation, as well as experience in developing career pathing and succession planning frameworks. We are looking for someone confident working independently while maintaining strong collaboration across teams and colleagues across multiple locations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. Experience working in a global matrix organisation would be highly desirable, as would a background in multi-site or international environments.
