We have an exciting role to join a growing business for a Learning & Development Manager

Do you have experience in Contact Centre Operational Training?

Duties for the Learning & Development Manager:

• Design and deliver training courses to new and existing contact centre advisors
• Create and maintain materials
• Training needs analysis and design targeted training for those individuals
• Own the QA strategy to ensure continuous improvement
• Coaching sessions

Requirements for the Learning & Development Manager

• Proven track record of delivering training
• Contact centre experienced
• Strong knowledge of customer service theories
• Able to design new materials
