Description
- Supporting to a wide range of employee relation matters.
- Providing professional advise and support on the interpretation and application of policies, procedures, terms and conditions, legislation, promoting positive employee relations are maintained.
- Managing a variety of complex cases.
- Support the business with workforce planning and organisational changes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Undertake and analyse employee data.
- Create and maintain documentation to support People policies.
- Support the implementation of HR strategies within the department.
- Handle employee relations issues, ensuring fair resolution.
- Contribute to staff welfare initiatives and well-being programmes.
- Collaborate with other departments to support the overall objectives of the organisation.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Profile
A successful People Advisor should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong background in ER Case management.
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent.
- Proficiency in handling employee relations and welfare matters.
- A keen interest in contributing to community health.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team.
