My client, a well established solicitors, is looking to hire a Private Client Senior Associate to work in their Manchester office.

The role focuses on probate and estate administration, alongside a varied caseload of wills, trusts and powers of attorney. The successful candidate will have significant experience with complex and high-net-worth estates, intestacy estate administration and advising business owners and their families.

This is a hybrid role

Qualifications/Experience:

STEP-qualified or working towards accreditation

Minimum of 6-8 years PQE in private client law

Demonstrable experience with high-net-worth and complex probate cases, including intestacy

Exposure to Court of Protection and capacity-related work is preferred
