We have an amazing opportunity for a Retail Partner at The Spinners Rest (formally The Shamrock) The pub is currently undergoing a redevelopment in excess of £1.5m and will be restored as a community pub in the city centre.

We are looking for a dynamic operator who will maximise the business potential and drive trade to deliver its potential of over £1 million in sales per year.

Combining a brand new, stunning city centre pub, award winning Joseph Holt ales, and the thriving hub of Ancoats, we are looking for an operator with an extensive background in running pubs with high volume experience, to take on this exciting project to deliver a pub both the company and the city can be proud of.

The Shamrock would suit a current GM / RP who has proven experience of the following:-

Impeccable standards and passion to be the best pub possible.

Operating a high volume wet (£20k+ per Week)

Managing and promoting an extensive events calendar alongside a busy function trade.

Being able to drive a business that appeals to all age groups.

Leading and developing a high performing team of 15+ employees. A driven and energetic team will be the cornerstone of this business.

A significant appetite to create a strong Social media presence that is befitting a city centre site.

Exceeding Charity fundraising targets.

Experience of outperforming budgeted sales & trading profit.

The position is live off with no accommodation .
