Catch 22 are currently recruiting for a Handyperson based in Manchester, M3.

Salary: £30,500

Full-Time, Permanent (Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00, 40 hours per week)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Handyperson to join a professional facilities team at a prestigious corporate office in Manchester. The role involves maintaining the site to a high standard by carrying out basic electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and general building maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting and carrying out first-fix maintenance
General building repairs and minor plumbing (e.g. toilet blockages)
Maintenance and repair of fixtures and fittings
Monitoring building management and lighting systems, raising work orders as needed
Supervising planned and reactive maintenance contractors (including RAMS and inductions)
Assisting with porterage and event setups
Willingness to complete SIA Security training to provide occasional cover

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a similar handyperson/facilities maintenance role, ideally within a corporate environment
A positive, proactive approach with a strong customer service focus
IOSH Health & Safety qualification desirable (training available)
