Key Responsibilities:
- Tailored Learning Support:Collaborate closely with schools to provide one-on-one and small group support, tailoring learning experiences to cater to the individual needs and abilities of students with SEND, ensuring inclusivity in the classroom environment.
- Building Relationships:Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their emotional well-being and helping to boost their confidence and self-esteem.
- Empowering Student Confidence: Work attentively to build trust and rapport with students, providing not just academic support but also emotional encouragement to foster a sense of belonging and confidence in their abilities.
Requirements:
- Experience working with students with SEND in a school setting is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with diverse needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
