An established legal services provider is seeking an experienced professional to join their Litigated Claimant Credit Hire Recovery team. This is either a hybrid, remote or on site role, depending on experience, offering flexible working arrangements and the chance to join a high-performing, supportive environment.
The Role
You will manage your own pre or post litigated claimant credit hire caseload depending on your experience, working autonomously to negotiate liability and achieve timely, fair settlements. Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing the recoverability of files and outlays presented
- Depending on experience, Navigating Litigation
- Conducting proactive negotiations via phone and email with third-party insurers
- Providing feedback and guidance to instructing clients
- Using a dedicated case management system to manage daily tasks efficiently
- Supporting the progression of claims to the litigation team when required
What We're Looking For
We’re looking for motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced, goal-driven environments and bring:
- 2+ years’ experience in claimant credit hire recoveries
- 2+ years’ experience Litigated experience if aspiring to work within Litigation
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- High attention to detail and strong client care skills
- A proactive, positive mindset
