The Role

Join a rapidly growing firm of Insolvency Practitioners with a nationwide presence. As a Bankruptcy Specialist, you will manage a varied portfolio of bankruptcy cases, working closely with experienced Insolvency Practitioners and legal teams to progress cases efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of bankruptcy cases from appointment to closure
  • Assist with pre-appointment tasks and assessments
  • Collaborate with Insolvency Practitioners and solicitors to progress claims and asset realisations
  • Prepare and submit statutory reports and documentation in compliance with bankruptcy law
  • Report directly to the IP Director, providing updates and recommendations on case progression

Experience Required

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience managing bankruptcy casework

Skills

  • Proficiency in IT systems, including IPS
  • Strong understanding of bankruptcy law and statutory requirements/reporting
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders
  • Highly organised, diligent, and detail oriented
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
