Job Title: Intermediate Architectural Technologist
Salary: 30,000 - 37,500
Location: Manchester
We're looking to speak with Architectural Technologists interested in joining our client, which will see you working as part of the busy design team of a specialist residential developer based in Manchester.
Our client are a long established name in the industry, and have built up a stellar reputation over the last 40 years in specialist property development and restoration. They're known for their bespoke approach to converting historic buildings into high end, sustainable developments, providing long term futures to much loved buildings.
We're looking for candidates with the following:
- Ideally MCIAT or working towards.
- Experience working on historic buildings would be valued, but not essential.
- Revit experience a must.
