Responsibilities :
- Preparing and submitting Land Registry Applications
- Raising queries on behalf of Fee Earners
- Managing Land Registry
- Drafting letters
- Carrying out searches
- Assisting the Fee Earners with the Case Management Systems
- Submitting forms to be approved
- Keeping up to date with the changes
Experience needed :
- Experience with case management systems
- Experience with Bighand and Microsoft Office
- Experience with commercial property/property finance/banking, post completion is desirable.
