Senior Land Manager - Residential Housebuilder
Location: North West / North Wales (Hybrid)
Salary: 65,000-85,000 DOE + Car/Allowance + Bonus + Benefits

Are you a strategic Land professional with a strong track record in residential land acquisition? We're representing a well-established, privately owned housebuilder with a proud regional heritage and an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality homes and sustainable communities.

Due to continued growth and a strong five-year pipeline, the business is seeking a Senior Land Manager to play a key role in securing new opportunities and driving the expansion of their regional portfolio.



The Opportunity

As Senior Land Manager, you will:

  • Take the lead on sourcing, evaluating, and securing residential land opportunities (immediate and strategic)

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landowners, agents, promoters, and local authorities

  • Oversee the full acquisition process including appraisals, offers, heads of terms and negotiation

  • Work collaboratively with planning, technical, commercial and legal colleagues to shape deliverable schemes

  • Provide market insight and strategic recommendations to support regional growth plans

  • Represent the company at industry events and within the wider property network
