Are you a legal professional with experience in property law and a passion for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We're working exclusively with a leading global brand to find a talented Legal Assistant to join their in-house legal team in Manchester.

This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to broaden their legal experience in a commercial setting, with a particular focus on Commercial and Property Law. The ideal candidate will have a background in commercial property, though those with residential property experience will also be considered.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Legal Counsel, this hands-on role will support a broad range of legal activities across the business. You'll be working closely with internal departments and external partners, gaining exposure to contracts, lease agreements, IP, and more.

Legal Assistant Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Legal Counsel with day-to-day legal matters in Commercial Property.

  • Draft, review, and manage contracts, leases, and other legal documents.

  • Maintain accurate, secure, and confidential legal records and filing systems.

  • Assist with office administration tasks and team coordination.

  • Communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external legal contacts.

  • Contribute to the streamlining and improvement of internal legal processes.

What We're Looking For:
  • Law degree (LLB or equivalent).

  • Ideally around 3-5 years' experience in a legal assistant or paralegal role.

  • Exposure to property law (commercial preferred, but residential also considered).

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work confidentially and collaboratively.
